HionBot — Bot Chốt A→Z

What it is. HionBot is a small Vietnamese team led by founder Vũ Anh Tuấn (Hion). We help online shops in Vietnam that sell through Facebook Pages set up a sales system that actually runs: Messenger chatbot (Botcake) → shared inbox (Pancake) → orders confirmed by a person in Pancake POS → shipping, plus a weekly review of 3 numbers (orders, returns, ad cost per order).

What we offer. Bot Chốt A→Z, a live online course (8 sessions) where shop owners build these steps on their own Page, and Bot Chốt Làm Hộ, a done-for-you setup by our team.

How we use Claude. Our team uses Claude (by Anthropic), through Claude Code, in preparation work: drafting course materials, Botcake script templates and test questions by industry, and writing and testing the code of this website and our student Campus. A person reviews everything before use. We do not put students' submissions, photos, personal data or shop customer data into Claude.

Boundaries. The bots on shops' Pages answer with scripts and keywords by default, not AI, unless the shop owner chooses to turn AI on. Prices, orders and payments are always confirmed by a person.

Stage. Pre-launch. The first class (30 seats) starts on 3 November 2026.
